I haven't seen one of those yet. I would also be interested in knowing make and model. judging by the 12-sided top, I would think it was a Toro product, however I wasn't able to find it in the catalog. good luck!

I think it might be Toro too. It's threaded so that you insert the head into the pop up part, and that's what I see on their website.

The ones from Rain Bird, Orbit, and Hunter are all threaded to go on the outside of the pop up part.

I dont know what model (I'm guessing its probably discontinued), but if I find out, I will post here.

I work for Toro. There is a picture in the following PDF of the Toro 570 ADJ Adjustable Arc Nozzle. I am not aware of any other adjustable arc models... unless you have an older one. But yours does not look like this. Depends on the age I guess.. But I have not come across any that look like that. I will keep looking.
