It is not a difficult task. Disconnect the auger worm shaft from the blower housing (one bolt) and remove the belt cover. Remove the belt guide from the engine then the top bolts attaching the auger housing to the tractor unit. Have someone hold the handles during the latter step. Tip the auger housing forward and install the new belt on the lower pulley. Reassemble and you are on your way. Hope this helps.
