The property slopes down from the house toward the street. When I run the sprinklers or after it rains, a puddle forms on the sidewalk adjacent to the parking strip (see photo). The puddle comes from run off from the lawn that doesn't make it to the driveway and to the street. As a result, no grass grows on the portion of parking strip where the puddle forms.
