Cabinet Question

How tall are there cabinets? Bottom look like 30-36" and what are the tops 15? Building a new home with cabinets like these.

    Bottoms are 36. The entire top unit is about 48 but individually, the top cabinet is 30, and the top transom is 18.

    I LOVE your kitchen and would like to recreate that look. However, my ceiling is 119". Can i put upper cabinets all a way to the ceiling or it would be too much? and how would you recommend to break glass and none glass part or the cabinets? ( 18" + 36" or 18"+40" with higher crown molding) Thank you
