HAVE: Got Seeds?

Hello friends,

I have tons of seeds to give you for winter sowing! If you would like to send me a bubble envelope (sasbe) I will be happy to send you a nice variety.

The postage was 60 cents for 10-12 packs of seed. I will have to check on the new rate, and will let you know when I email you my address. *anyone here know yet?*

This offer is open to anyone- newbies and 'oldies' too :))

Newbies, please remember to put your return address inside, and don't forget to put the stamps on the outside to mail it to me! (I think 51 cents now) Also, please put your GW 'handle' on the note, so I can check you off my list!

Just post here, and the message will also go to my email

account-

have fun!

Happy New Year!

Linda in Louisville

I would love some of these! I think what use to be 49cents will now be 52 cents. Thanks, Melinda
Not sure on the 60 cents.

Hi! Thanks for the offer! I would love the following:

Amaranthus 'Intense Purple' reseeding annual- tall
    Amaranthus 'Hot Biscuits'
    4 o'clocks
    Nicotiana
Vine ~ Love in A Puff
    Tithonia
    Poppy
Rudbeckia-large yellow bloom with green eye

I do not have anything on your (short!) want list. But please look at my trade list and I'd love to send you SOMETHING. I'll be mailing an envelope anyway, might as well put something in it :)
The Cinderella pumpkin is really a neat pumpkin, looks like the fairytale stagecoach in Disneys Cinderella, fat, short, and a really really bright orange. I have quite a few of those seeds. Or the Anchusa is a very tall heirloom perennial flower (looks like you like tall plants?) that is unusual (around here anyway). It has a very bright blue pretty flower. But take a look at my list and please email me.

    Thank you very much!
    Jen

    Hi Linda --

You were very kind and shared seeds with me last year, my first year WSing -- the Chelone and the Malva Zebrina were particularly successful!

Happily, I have a great big yard and it needs more plants! If you have any of the following seeds left to share, I promise them a good home in zone 5:

    Bachelor buttons
Celosia cristata- mix of hot pink and flamingo feather
    Gaillardia- Burgandy
    Heliopsis "Lorraine Sunshine"
    Monarda- bee balm "Violet Queen"
Rudbeckia-large yellow bloom with green eye
    Rudbeckia- "Burpeii's Double Gold"
    Tithonia- Mexican sunflower

I don't have anything on you 'Wants' list, but I will have some interesting seeds available for trade soon. Unfortunately, the system won't let me update my Trade Page! When I do get it revised let me know if there's anything you want -- it's yours.

    Thanks again,

    LianeNY

Hello all! thanks for posting to accept my offer :))
I have so many seeds that need a good home!

with all the *changes* going on here on GW, most of you do not have a place where I can email you- even MY email capabilities are gone! what a bummer! And, to make matters worse, your posts are not going to my home email either!

Dale in SC, I emailed you from GW with my address-
the rest of you do not have that option (just like my page!)

    so sorry this is happening!

    e mail me at flowerchildky@msn.com
and I will forward my address-

sure hope this mess gets fixed soon!

hope to hear from all of you!

    Linda,

It is the long way around,(especially if one has dial-up like me) but if you click on the different member's pages, and then click on see my journal (or something like that), you will see a link where you can email them from there.

Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon. I was just glad to see my page, and lists, and find out the way to email others.

Last year, some folks got me started on winter-sowing, but then we moved "back home" to upstate NY... so I didn't get to harvest seeds, and in the process, have not been able to locate ANY of my seed collection... SO, would VERY MUCH appreciate another hand in getting some seeds... ANY seeds, to get going this year. And, thanks in advance!!

Carolyn, formerly in GA, now in central NY state
