My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have 15 pkts. left of these for sasbe. I collected these

seed personally this summer from local hospital flower beds.

Got caught too!! Got to keep the seeds. I am pretty sure, correct me if I am wrong, that they can be ws in zones 7,8,9.

Who wants some? 25+ seeds per pkt.
