2 years ago I bought three plants which were supposed to be Thalictrum Elin. When they bloomed last year, the blossoms were snow white as they are this year.

I've seen the plant several times at an arboretum near me, growing in similar conditions to where I planted mine. The small blossoms are purple/lavender on the outside and cream on the inside, just like every picture I can find on the web.

The company I bought it from did refund my money when I complained but I am left wondering, what are these plants?
