I have not noticed the leaf shape changing other than difference from cotyledon leaves to first true leaves. Whether it be a swazicum, somalense or Arabicum, etc.
I have one plant purchased as Somalense and was told that once I see it bloom, then I would have a better idea as the leaves are not typical Somalense shape.
