Harmony -- We use a rooting GEL, which has been far better for us than powders.

I understand that a study indicated that rooting hormones are GOOD. That willow tea is GOOD. But that using BOTH of those is far better.

My DH has good luck, soaking cuttings for 24 hours in a mix of Willow Tea and Nature's Nog, (and then using a rooting gel). We keep a couple of curly willows for the purpose of making willow tea.
