My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Black Pearl ornamental/culinary pepper

Dwarf papyrus-This is a wonderful container plant. The seed needs to be stratified, so it should work for wintersowing.

Cardinal flower (red lobelia)

Cleome

Yellow hollyhocks

Impatiens-mixed colors

I'm especially looking for any blue blooming hardy geraniums and tariling blue lobelia. Otherwise nearly anything that will bloom in part sun/part shade.
