They might pick up, but a couple of them don't look like they will make it. If you did not do so already, you may want to consider watering them with a plant nutrient that is designed to reduce the shock of replanting. Also, the pots that they are planted in seem rather large for such small plants.

The picture I've attached is of several hundred plants that are 6 weeks old. The top picture, lower right is a seed flat and the other's show seedlings already replanted. The bottom two pictures are some close-ups of repotted plants in 72 cell pack trays. These were immediately watered with a plant nutrient specific for replanting. As you can see, some of these are already two inches or so tall.
