14sb rough running

I have a john deere 14sb mower. Something seized up inside and was unable to turn the motor over. After taking somethings apart it unseized it's self. I put everything back together and now when it runs it almost sounds like it doesn't have oil in it, or like a bearing is dry, or just a hollow sound to it. But when I turn on the blade it stops. Seems to run fine otherwise. What could this hollow sound be?

Some people who MIGHT be able to help you haven't the faintest idea what engine you are talking about.

it has a Kawasaki motor

Ket: LOL Like Walt says definitely need more info . Did you run the unit dry of oil or did it just overheat and quit ?
In either case dry bearing's (damaged) are potentially the result . As for Hollow description huum not sure there Bro ?

No noise w/ the bbc engaged? Clutch issue... You meant the noise stopped, but the engine continued to run- correct?
