I have that exact greenhouse and I use it for tender annuals later in the spring. I'm sure it would work fine for any wintersowing. I just use it for melons and tomatoes and peppers because it heats up so well. You actually have to be careful not to cook things in there. The power of sun is amazing.

I have one too, I used it last year for my veggies and annuals. Plan on using it this year too....and like Martha said you do have to watch the temps....I often unzipped the cover in the day and zipped it back up before the sun went down.

I've used those in the past for WSing - used the plastic cover it came with, just left it unzipped a bit for ventilation. Worked fine.
