I couldn't imagine it'd hurt. I've heard of people feeding plants Dr Pepper, so I'm sure something for babes won't kill them.

The sugar in it should make the plants happy. It does have salts in it, some of which, like potassium, will feed plants, but the sodium chloride is of no value and if too much is used it can damage plants. But I think if you diluted it with water and didn't use it constantly it won't hurt a bit.

What amount? Would you like to suggest a dilution rate? In case someone happens along with more Pedialyte. Because the thread is 9 years old so I'm sure the OP's plants either lived or died, a long time ago.
