too late?

Hi all

It's been a really long time since I have been here! I was just wondering if yall think its too late to start winter sowing. The last time i did it I started in December so I was just wondering what yall think. I have got to make it a habit to check this site more often--so much great information--love it!

I have sown only 2 containers, but that's because I want to try this new perennial. I have not sown anything else at all. I won't be doing any sowing until probably toward the end of this month.
