Hi guys. It's my turn next. Engine suddenly stopped running, no fuel pump action, no valve action, but seemed to have sparks at spark plug when trying to start......
So, I've located parts @ greenparts store. A few questions.
I plan on doing the work my self (Should I be concerned?)
Should I replace the waterpump at the same time?
Anything else while I'm in there?
How are cam/crankshaft gears marked for timing?
Can I mess-up the spark timing during this job? (I don't know whether the spark timing is from the cam or a pick-up on the flywheel)
Thanx Ed B
ps: Any other veterans of this work have advice?
