Lately, four of my six goldfish have been ganging up on one other fish. They are all roughly the same size. The four keep pestering the one, chasing him with their mouths in his rear. From what I can tell, there's no poop coming out when they chase him. They just keep bothering him. What does this signify? I'm completely baffled by it.
