Like most fancy Goldies, oranda's can take higher temps than their sleek, faster moving cousins, so you should be okay, but if the light takes the temp above 76, you may want to look for a cooler spot for the tank. Or, keep the lights off during the day and let the fish do with natural room light, then turn on the tank lights in the evening.

A timer would make that aspect of fishkeeing a lot easier.

However, the single most important thing you will be able to do for them will be water change- water change- and more water change. No less than 50% weekly.
