Here's my best horror story. Have 240 gal SW tank with many expensive fish. Wife buys $150 Queen angel for my bday. All is good until I decide to buy a $100 + French Angel. Queen stops eating even though French ignores him. Return French for store credit [trade for 3 or 4 fish]. Queen never recovers [even tried force feeding] and dies. One of the new fish had ick and it wiped out every fish in the tank. Still haunts me 15 years later.

Doing a water change and adding some new rocks to tank and rearranging some others , this was about 10 years ago, and I was walking through the living room and my baby clown loach stuck to my foot that had fallen out of one of the rocks on the ground, it was dead of course but still wet and was bleeding!!!! It was really gross and sad at the same time.

I just switched from a 50 gallon tank to a 60 gallon I removed all the fish and plants and put them in the new tank and noticed that I was missing one fish, my son's horsehead loach. Every one told me that he may have jumped out tanking everything out. The next weekend I drained the 50 gallon tank and was washing the gravel and found him burried in the gravel and very much alive!
