Don't know of any lotus that would fit into a tenlol Huge selection of submerged water plants that would work far better.
Good choice for fish are small tetras such as cardinals, black neons , glo lights They stay small , do well in a school . have little impact on water quality.
female Bettas would do well also but wouldn't trust a male lol
GF are far too large ,very messy and will be constantly picking on the plants Select plants from how much light you wish to provide and your choice of substrate.
For a ten I'd go with non rooting or floaters good luck gary
