How long have these fish been together? Is this a new tank? If the barb is indeed carying eggs she will release them soon. Almost every fish in there will eat them , so remove them to a fry tank after spawning. If it is bloated it could also have a disease or is constipated. Barbs are semi-aggresive and should only be kept with compatible fish. If they haven't allready, they will soon start nipping you guppies and other fish. They get more agressive with age.
