I've asked Alan when I was down for a visit with him but he did not know. I just need to send the picture to the person who gave it to me and I'm sure he can ID it.....just haven't gotten around to it since I'm really not too concerned with speices names on these guys that I just toss in a communal pot with many others. To me, it looks like Amorphophallus rather Typhoium.
It could be Pseudodrcontium also, but I think its leaves texture reminds me about Amorphophallus.
