My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Yes, those swollen areas are berries, within which seeds will be found when they are ripe. Once ripe, the berries are squished gently to push out the seeds. I rub the seeds gently on a paper towel to remove as much of the berry as possible, then soak them in distilled water for at least 24 hrs before planting in moist, well draining potting media. They must be kept from drying out; one way to do this is to put the whole pot inside a clear plastic bag, tie it closed, and place it in the shade.
