“My husband and I were in the process of finalizing building plans for our new home which is situated on a gorgeous lake. The topography of the lot was very challenging and because we were building a one story home with a basement we wanted to make sure that the house did not sit in a "gulley". We hired Borum, Wade & Associates to ensure, from an engineering standpoint, that the appropriate amount of fill dirt was brought in to allow us the ability to have 10' ceilings in the lower level as well as main level of the home. At the same time, we had their Landscape Architect draw a rendering of the house on the lot, with decks and patios and an in ground pool. Working with a sloping lot is quite challenging, however once they were finished with our plan and now that the house is complete, we couldn't be more happy. We are so thankful that we found Borum, Wade & Associates to help make our lot and home as spectacular as it has turned out to be. Would highly recommend them for engineering needs and landscape design.”

“Scott Arnold, Arnold Landscape Architecture + Design PLLC, and his team represent the very best of professionalism. Scott was incredibly quick to find a time he could walk through my project with me. I already had a great plan drawn and he made it fantastic by adding subtle nuances I would have never thought of. Scott’s knowledge and experience was the difference maker in transferring a “paper plan” to the shape and form of my landscaping while he and his team’s professionalism was what reinforced the fact that I had made the right decision to entrust my yard and landscaping to him. Scott did a great job of communicating with me when his team would be at the house and what the action plan of the day was. His team was punctual, polite and industrious while on site. Scott, thankfully, factored in some “wiggle” room for “what if” scenarios and, as stated earlier, provided a “value add” proposition when offering suggestions .
