My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Finally!

Hello all, my Konjac decided to finally put up an inflorescence after four years of babying. The pictures were taken on Friday, unfortunately the BU greenhouse where it is being hosted is closed on the weekend, so I probably will not get to see it in its full glory. My bird of Paradise also bloomed for the first time this week. It also took four years to bloom, and was grown from seed.
