I'd prune them and make sure they don't dry out, as they don't look too big and may have a small/shallow root system.
New growth is coming from the base, so they may be ok.

my georgetabor azaleas have adull white film on top of leaves also brown to purple spots.the bottom of leaf has tiny black specs.I also see small insects with clear wings light pinkin color.I don't know if i have more than one problem.Can they be treated this time of year?
