Ryan, The Alocasia or Colocasia you have are evergreen if kept warm and happy. The Am. titanum is mostly evergreen, although it has a short dormancy whenever it feels like it.....I have 5 of mine coming out of dormancy now and others have been growing for a year since their last dormancy. Titanum must never, ever, ever be stored out of soil. Even when dormant it must be given a touch of water now and again to maintain a tad of moisture. They can be dormant for a couple of weeks or a couple of months....just depends on their mood I guess. Best of luck with the GH :o) Dan
