Really hoping I can get some help on this.

This is my first spring in my new home so I am not familiar with the history of the plants and what has been done to them/upkeep in the past but I am trying to get everything healthy again.

I have two rhododendron in my backyard that are experiencing the same sickly issues. Both are currently flowering but the leaves are both turning yellow/green and appear to have bug bites in them, but not just the half circles common from Root Weevil but more small holes on all leaves.

Is this bugs? Poor PH? A mix? I can't seem to find a clear answer researching because nothing I find explains what my leaves look like.

Additionally, what kind of rhododendron is mine with the currently white fluffy flowers? Is it even a rhododendron haha?
