My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

sure I've spelt it wrong , but you know what i mean .

had 3 of these I have grown from seed , and flowerd one late last year .. it only took about 2 years. But just checked one of the pots and no tuber , the constant rain must have rotted one , can still see the foliage of one , so still got it , but was wondering if this sp. produces offsets ?
