good question joe..i dont have experience with dracunculus..i have used gibb acid on other plants as a "hormone stimulant" with good results..
speaking as to some of the "tropical" amorphs.. i used to think i could force corms into periods of there vegetative stages..extending growth.. without success.:)
with my titanum,hewetti.. when they are good and ready to break dormancy..then they do..
