My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Looks like a Bird's Nest Anthurium and is probably a hybrid so would be difficult to tell as there are many. If you bought the plant and it came with a growers' tag call or email them and they should be able to provide the name if not next best step would be to try one or more vendors listed in the International Aroid Society website.
I think the trick to identification may be the spathe and spadix. I obtained the seedling from a horticulturalist at Texas A&M. It was very small and unidentified in her personal collection. I'm aware that there are a great number of unidentified/discribed species.
