My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anthurium with Speckled Spath

Are there many anthuriums like Shibori that have a speckled/mottled spathe? I just saw one for the first time and I am wondering how unique it is. It is really cool and pretty! I didn't buy it but I keep thinking about it... I might go back and get it. Advice? See Google images below.
