they look good..?? do u know the variety of the EE?
there are some out there that have a "lime/yellowish " hint
of colour.. maybe its just the specific variety you have???
if one u have.. i would think maybe low iron..as with grass..
easy to leach out minerals in soil/potting mix..from watering etc..

There is a Xanthosoma "Lime Zinger" that has a similar colour to its leaves. But yours looks like it's a Colocasia and not Xanthosoma. So maybe it's poor soil, and/or too dry.
