If what you have in mind are evergreen azaleas, there are a great many choices. With only two hours of sun, however, none will be at all likely to bloom well. Perhaps another type of evergreen plant which will grow in considerable shade and not produce much if anything in the way of flowers would be a better choice for this location.
If azaleas still appeal and whether they bloom is not important, there is a large number of slow growing varieties which will stay within your height requirements for a good long time. As to how many, that would depend on growth habit, especially the tendency to grow horizontally rather than upright.
