i would say the bulbifer,konjac,and paeonifollius should be
overwintered out of potting mix..
for sure the titanum should never be kept out of potting mix..and has to be kept semi moist while dormant..and when in leaf well watered..never alowed to "dry out"...

Thank you, I assumed from reading that the tubers should be removed from the pots but mother nature doesn't do it nor does she raise them in pots. Just bought the titanum so it is dormant. Have kept the green houses at 50 at night but looks I will need to warm it up a tad for the titanum, I am in west central Texas so the best I can do in the summer is around 90 degrees during the day.

You're right about mother nature. I know some people just leave them in the ground and forget about them. But the advantage of removing and storing is that you can check their condition, you can see when they're starting to grow in the new season, and you put them into fresh potting mix.
