My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
There are a few Anthuriums that look similar, makes it a bit hard to tell. So could be A. scabrinerve or maybe A. subtrigonum. There may even be other ones similar. On another tack, it also looks a bit like some of the Caladiums. Do you have a photo of the leaf stem below the leaf blade?
