Blue Peter has a nice flower but is not very hardy and grows rather leggy. It grows better in full sun. YouÂll find this rhododendron among old garden favorites. Its frilled flowers are light lavender-blue with a prominent purple flare. The lush leaves are glossy green. ItÂs vigorous, cold hardy, heat and sun resistant. Very popular.

Diagnosing plant problems by email is not very practical. Most problems are cultural and not alway found by describing the plant. The most common problems are caused by not opening up the roots and/or not making sure the root ball is moist before planting.
