this is a close up of some of the leaves

It's not possible to tell if it's dying, but the leaves do not look at all healthy. It's very hard to tell from the picture, but there seems to be some lace bug damage from last summer in addition to the fungal spotting. The very wet weather along the East coast this past week may be a factor - definitely a factor in the appearance of the blossoms - but I would definitely return these plants to the seller, if possible.

Is there anything I can do to make them better? I bought these from a wholesaler so I cant return them
