Don't feed it unless it shows signs of malnutrition such as chlorosis.

Next spring give it a little HollyTone, half the recommended amount once.

Don't keep it too moist. Root rot in the summer is the main killer of azaleas.

It is best to water deeply when it gets dry. Don't water any more often than once a week. You probably have dry summers, but don't over water.
