I bought a couple 18" plants in the spring and now they're about 5.5 feet. I love this Colocasia and want to try to winter them over. I dug them up and shook a lot of dirt off, but still saw only roots and no corm. I didn't want to totally stress the plant before I decided how I'd overwinter it, so I didn't remove all of the dirt.
Should I be seeing a good-sized corm or tuber? Has anyone had luck overwintering these? Thank you!
