GA-3 won't make your bulbs grow big fast. Your plant may get taller, but the stem will be soft and week and the bulb will probably rot. You have to be really careful using GA-3 with bulbs because it can cause them to rot. Growers usually use a combination of different Gibberelins along with Copper hydroxide or copper oxychloride.
It would be better to give good growing conditions- good soil, proper fertilizer, and good light. Then stand back and watch it grow.
