Sarahs Way is a name made up by Hilders Nursery just down the road in Ingham . Ron Hilder imports lots of great tropical plants , and has a great label with HN [ Hilders Nursery ] and across the top .. Specialising in New Releases .
So this cultivar is really only known in Australia . To me it looks like a typical P bipinnatifidum , selloum is a very old name and is now a synonym . Seen great big ones growing around Brisbane , also up on the tablelands here so has some cold tolerance . FULL SUN , is best for all self-headers , and maybe a palm or giant post to cling to if you don't want it sprawling evrywhere . Can get 2-3m round easily when mature , larger in shaded spots.

Thanks for your reply aroideana.So you don't think it really is a dwarf cultivar of bipinnatifidum/selloum?...If that is the case then I will have to move it.I have a few of the selloums here and they are large!!I appreciate your time.cheers

It could be smaller . I have not grown one or seen any older plants of it . Does the lable claim it to be a dwarf ? If so it should be . You could help keep it smaller by pruning off older leaves . At a flower farm I worked on , we had hundreds of Philos we used for cut foliage . THe many P.bipinnatifidums supplied 20-30 leaves a week and this kept them smaller .
