Hello markliman!
I have found the best finish to use on bathroom walls to be "pearl".
It's more reflective than eggshell, but not as shiny as gloss.
Of course, the walls you are painting should be free of ripples, cracks & bumps, since the more reflective the paint, the more noticeable any imperfection will be (this is why flat finish is typically used on ceilings, where wallboard seams are sometimes difficult to conceal).

As far as brands are concerned, my #1 choice is Benjamin Moore.
The cost is worth it because the quality & longevity is bar none & you won't have to use as many coats as with the brand you mentioned (which, based on many past experiences with both my clients & my own personal use, I do NOT like).

Paint is a great way to give your bath a facelift, so don't be shy & choose a color that makes you feel uplifted & happy.
