I think the glide-out drawer-shelves system is ideal. Group your pantry items by height/size as shown, so the drawer-shelves can be arranged to fit the space and the items nicely. Use full-extension heavy-duty drawer glides, allowing space for the door to stand fully open when the drawers are extended, and the drawer to pull out fully from the pantry closet for easy access to everything.
