My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    IKEA has the same type of couch. The model is called Ektorp

    Here it is, it also comes as a two seater, one seater and also has an extension to turn one side into an L shaped couch

    This is not the ikea ektorp. It does however strongly resemble the pottery barn PB comfort sofa.
