Jill Lewis you cannot see the box from the front; the purpose is to not be able to see any receptacles on the walls. hope theses pictures help!

where do you buy these boxes and are the outlets GFCI rated? If not how are they wired to code? thanks and lovely design idea!

Jonathan Jee we got these boxes from a local light company, but did our research online and the following is the link we sent our lighting company and they ordered it for us (http://www.westwayelectricsupply.com/ru270w-under-cab-dist-box-for-gfci-nm-wh.html?gclid=CNiC9IvjxMkCFQGTaQod-iEJnQ). they do come GFCI and all the boxes are hardwired; ho;e in back of cabinet. One box in the run is GFCI rated and all of them are connected to meet code. thank you for your compliment. hope this helps.
