My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We paid the extra money for the best sealer the shop had to offer. For the extra money we have a warranty for the homeowner against any stains for so many (I forget how many) years. When the warranty is up, they can re seal it and start the warranty over.

      It is indeed leathered. My local granite shop was one of the first shops on the east coast to offer this service.

      Beautiful! Any maintance issues associated with the leathered SW versus the polished? As a quartzite we were told that it sometimes behaves like a marble.
