Oh yes!! I worked outside yesterday afternoon and most of today. Cutting back dead growth and cleaning out flower beds. Also moved some plants. This is weather I can work in. I can't take the hot temps but today is a wonderful day to be outside.

yes i have the fever too, wish i could have taken off to deal with yardwork rather than working for the last 6 days! I HATE winter, after the first couple of weeks!

Same here! I've done about as much pruning and transplanting dormant things as I can in my relatively small yard. Although I like the cool weather, I sure am looking forward to spring. Last year, a late freeze took out all of my azalea, peach tree and wisteria blossoms, so I'm hoping for a better show this year.

I have been able to work outside all this week. The Hummingbird Migration Map for 2007 was posted this week and last year the first hummer was sighted on Feb. 25. I usually see my first one of the season during the frist two weeks of March.

Went riding through the hayfield and found violets blooming everywhere. Spring has to be around the corner.

I have a few azalias blooming. Beautiful weather this past week.
Glad to hear the hummingbirds are coming back, I wasn't sure when. I suppose I better get my feeders out.

I'm even loving this rain that is supposed to come tonight. I always love how much everything gets greener.
