Species tulips

I am getting a bulb order together and wanting to get some tulips - I know better than to order "classic" tulips. Has anyone gotten T. clusiana and its hybrids, such as "Taco", "Tinka", "Lady Jane", etc., to repeat? How about any other species tulips?

My T. bakeri ("Lilac Wonder") tulips did not come back, but my "White Dream" (which are some sort of hybrid) are doing well -- this is their third spring. I haven't tried T. clusiana.

'Lilac wonder' and 'Lady Jane' have repeated twice for me.
They need well drained soil that gets baked dry in summer to survive. I have them planted on a sunny slope.

Thanks, Susan. That is the first confirmation I have had that they actually do repeat. I have a spot that gets baked dry, though it's not much of a slope. Maybe I wil try a few.
