I'm behind on everything, gardening, correspondence, playing on the forums, everything except housework, which I desperately needed to catch up on, and crafts. Anyway, I thought maybe ya'll would like to see what I've been up to.

Roger and I took a class on wrapping crystals in wire ages ago and have never found the time to do anything serious with the materials we bought for the enterprise. I dug them out the other day and started playing with them, trying to adapt the techniques we learned to marbles and beads, and came up with these. These are the first batch, sorry about the angle, please cock your head slightly to get a better view.

My friend Heather gave me the inspiration to branch out a little and the suncatchers have now evolved into hummingbirds, lol. I really like them and the very first person who saw the first one I made pulled his wallet out and offered me $25 for it. I sold it too fast to take a picture, lol. What was I thinking????
